Rabies vaccination
A veterinary rabies vaccination certificate is compulsory. The vaccination must take place at least 30 days and not more than one year before importation. In the case of revaccination the 30 days period need not be observed.
The certificate must be written in German, French, Italian or English.
The vaccination certificate has to be presented when reporting to the trial.

Article 34 Training of Dogs
1 During dog training and at dog trials, displays of undue severity
or the firing of shots to punish dogs as well as the usage of needle collars are prohibited.
2 Training instruments may not be applied in a manner to cause injury
or major pain to the animal, provoke it, or cause it great fear.
3 Training instruments delivering electric shocks, making acoustic
signals, or using chemicals are prohibited, with the
exception of whistling during training or the professional application of
bordering systems.

1 Beim Umgang mit Hunden sind übermässige Härte und Strafschüsse sowie die Verwendung von Stachelhalsbändern verboten.
2 Hilfsmittel dürfen nicht derart verwendet werden, dass dem Tier Verletzungen oder erhebliche Schmerzen zugefügt werden oder dass es stark gereizt oder in schwere Angst versetzt wird.
3 Der Einsatz von Geräten, die elektrisieren oder akustische Signale aussenden oder mittels chemischer Stoffe wirken, ist verboten; ausgenommen sind Dressurpfeifen und der fachgerechte Einsatz von Umzäunungssystemen.

1 Il est interdit de traiter les chiens avec une dureté excessive, de tirer des coups de feu pour les punir et d’utiliser des colliers à pointes.
2 L’utilisation de moyens auxiliaires ne doit pas faire subir à l’animal des blessures, des douleurs importantes ou de fortes irritations, ni le mettre dans un état de grave anxiété.
3 L’utilisation d’appareils électrisants, émettant des signaux sonores ou agissant à l’aide de substances chimiques est interdite; l’utilisation appropriée de systèmes de clôture et celle de sifflets de dressage sont réservées.
